Divisions

• Novice: Under 2 years of training

• Advanced: 2+ years of training

• Fight experience: Not allowed

• Adult 16 and up (male and female separate divisions)

• Youth 13-15 (male and female combined divisions)

Equipment Requirements:

• 16 oz gloves

• Cloth or leather shin pads

• Mouthguard

• Headgear

• Groin protector (men)
